Selection Process
Recruitment examination stages
- 1Stage 1: Shortlisting based on marks obtained in Qualifying Examination (ITI / Diploma / Degree)
- 2Stage 2: Document Verification at Respective Refinery Division
- 3Stage 3: Pre-Engagement Medical Physical Fitness Examination
- 4Stage 4: Final Engagement as Apprentice under Apprentices Act 1961
- Engagement is purely merit-based on percentage of marks in qualifying examination
- No written test or interview will be conducted for Apprentice engagement
- Tie-breaking: Candidate higher in age will be placed higher in merit
